Cancellation policy

  • All sales are final. Refunds are not offered.
  • If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at prayerandpapersociety@gmail.com with your order number and photos.
  • If approved, you will receive store credit for the item price only.
  • Store credit is issued as a gift card or discount code and expires 30 days from the date it is issued.
  • Shipping is free on orders, and shipping value is not included in store credit.
  • Store credit can be used on a future purchase at prayerandpaperco.com and is not transferable.
  • We reserve the right to deny requests that fall outside these terms.



  • Shipping is free for letter shipments.
  • Letters are mailed on the 15th of every month.
  • After mailing, US members should receive their letter within 3 to 8 days.
  • Delivery times are estimates and can vary due to USPS delays, holidays, or weather.
  • If you believe something is wrong with your delivery, contact us at prayerandpapersociety@gmail.com with your order number and the shipping address used at checkout.
